Prices:
All prices in the store are including VAT.

Return and Cancellation:
Your order is guaranteed to arrive in perfect condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us via email: info@telementes-sa.com within (1) day of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.
Customers are allowed to change or cancel the order any time before it’s status is Confirmed. 
In case the order is not available in our stores, the customer will be informed and will have the right for requesting either to change the order or cancel it and get full refund. If the customer did not respond in 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
