Shipping policy
Introduction
We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Fast, Same Day, and Free delivery (it can be change depend on the occasion or season).
T.Elements is not responsible for delivery delays caused by public pandemic or unpredictable weather conditions.
Our daily order cut-off is 2 PM , Orders placed after 2 PM will calculate automatically as if the order were placed the following day.
We are currently shipping inside Jeddah city only, soon we will add another location inside the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Shipping options include:
- Standard Shipping will arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Fast Shipping: will arrive within 1-2 business days. If you place your order before 2 PM.
- Same Day: If you place your order before 2 PM your order will be shipped in the same day.If you place your order after 2 PM, your order will ship the next possible business day.
- Free Delivery – will arrive with same or 1 day ( If you place your order before 2 PM)
